With more than 20 years of experience in client relations, 18 years in operations management, and over 5 years in professional coaching, I bring a unique blend of service, strategy, and people-focused expertise to my work. My career began in hospitality, food and beverage, and marketing—industries that taught me the art of client care and business management. Over time, that path led me into medspa management and professional coaching, where I discovered my true passion: helping people and businesses thrive through clarity, connection, and thoughtful strategy.
I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with the globally recognized Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, as well as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). These certifications allow me to bring structure, accountability, and powerful attitudinal insights to every client interaction. In medspa management, I combine operational expertise with a focus on personalized client care and clear, effective communication—ensuring every detail supports both the client experience and the business’s success.
What I love most about my work is the ability to connect with clients on a personal level, listening to their stories, understanding their challenges, and helping them find practical, customized solutions. My approach is deeply empathetic and grounded in simplicity: I want every client to feel heard, supported, and empowered, and I often remind them that success begins with balancing professional and personal goals—and not overthinking the small steps along the way.
Based in Augusta, Georgia, I enjoy being part of a collaborative team at Managed MedSpa, where we have the opportunity to positively impact clients’ wellness, confidence, and overall quality of life. Outside of work, you’ll find me traveling to new cities with close family and friends, propagating and growing plants, puzzling over jigsaws, or building Lego sets. I’m also a proud cat mom—and a major Taylor Swift fan.
