Tracy Scrima brings over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and operations to her role as Chief Acquisitions Officer at Managed MedSpa. A licensed business broker with extensive training in mergers & acquisitions, med spa operations, and growth strategy, Tracy combines sharp business acumen with a genuine passion for people.
Her career began in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, where she built a lash, brow, and med spa business from the ground up into a multimillion-dollar success. That journey was inspired by a deeply personal moment: her 32-year-old aunt’s battle with stage three cancer. Wanting to help her feel beautiful during such a difficult time ignited Tracy’s lifelong commitment to empowering others through aesthetics.
At Managed MedSpa, Tracy specializes in scaling businesses, driving operational excellence, and leading acquisitions that maximize profitability while keeping patient care, joy, and client experience at the center. She thrives on helping owners find balance — creating systems, structures, and strategies that allow providers to focus on patients while their practices grow sustainably. Tracy firmly believes small businesses are the backbone of the economy and that owners deserve the clarity and support to thrive without sacrificing themselves in the process.
Her approach to client consultation is personalized, relational, and strategic: she listens for the “why” behind each practice, aligns business plans with that vision, and ensures every client leaves with confidence. One of her guiding principles is: “Your practice is only as strong as your systems. Build strong foundations and everything else becomes easier.”
Originally from Boston and now proudly based in Franklin, Tennessee, Tracy infuses her professional life with the same creativity and joy she brings to her personal world. She is a licensed esthetician, lash artist, wife to a drummer, and proud mom of a teenager. A Berklee College of Music graduate and former professional singer, Tracy once led her own band, The Tracy Crown Affair, and even opened for a major R&B group. Today, her artistic background continues to influence the way she connects with people and approaches med spa growth.
When she’s not working with med spa owners, Tracy loves traveling to Italy, exploring nature, spending time with her daughter and their boxer dog, and embracing spirituality, personal growth, and joyful living.
