I am a corporate and M&A attorney with more than 15 years of experience advising clients on complex transactions, equity structures, and business exits across a wide range of industries—including cosmetics, health and wellness, hospitality, and financial services.
My career has given me the opportunity to work on private equity transactions, roll-ups, physician-operator joint ventures, and founder-led exits. Before moving into private practice, I served in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division and in Citigroup Latin America’s general counsel’s office, where I focused on cross-border M&A, outsourcing, litigation strategy, and regulatory compliance. These roles shaped my ability to balance transactional complexity with regulatory risk—an approach I continue to bring to every client relationship.
In my MSO work, I specialize in structuring CPOM-compliant relationships that create real operational value—covering space, staffing, and management—while always respecting clinical independence. I also guide business owners through preparing for sale, due diligence, and aligning ownership and incentive structures to attract investors and support long-term growth.
Licensed in Florida and Washington, D.C., I see my role as more than a legal advisor. I strive to act as a business strategist and partner, helping medspa operators and MSOs navigate growth, governance, and exit strategies with clarity and confidence.
