Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations of every size across the United States, Europe, Asia, and beyond. Each partnership has provided invaluable lessons that only come through hands-on involvement, shaping not just my expertise, but also my perspective as a consultant and advisor. Originally from Georgia, I earned a BBA and an MS in Organization Design and Development attending UGA and GSU. Outside of work, I enjoy sailing, skiing, scuba diving, traveling, and spending quality time with my family.
